About Us

The rich character of the Hannah Warehouse stems from its commercial past. A prime example of early 20th-century industrial architecture, the building features distinctive steel beams, cast-iron columns, wooden floors and timber roof trusses, as well as high ceilings and large windows. During the renovation, the designers strove to preserve these historic characteristics, and consequently, all apartments have abundant natural light and spacious interiors. The designers also reused some of the original floor beams to create the eye-catching columns at the building’s entryway.

Standing at four stories high, the Hannah Warehouse is a mix of residential and commercial premises. The ever-popular Neapolitan-style pizza restaurant Pizza Pomodoro occupies the ground floor, while the first floor is home to John Miller Law, Robin Henderson Accounting, Goodson Architects and The Architecture Collaborative. The two upper stories are solely residential, with the ground floor and basement carparks giving ample parking space to the building’s residents.

The Hannah Warehouse also has on-street parking specifically for visitors. During business hours (7 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday), parking lots 6, 7, 8 and 9 are for visitors to commercial units and contractors working in the building. A parking permit is not required but is strongly encouraged. At all other times these spaces, as well as parking spaces 1 and 2, are for visitors to residential units. A valid, up-to-date parking permit must be displayed at all times, or vehicles risk being towed or clamped. Please do not park in lots 3, 4 and 5, as these are leased by the building’s Body Corporate. Offending vehicles will be towed or clamped. All parking spaces are clearly labelled; be sure to check the number before you park.
