Welcome to the Hannah Warehouse! Located in the heart of the vibrant Cuba St. district, the Hannah Warehouse is a building with a rich local heritage. Originally built in 1904 as a warehouse for one of New Zealand’s most successful shoe companies, R. Hannah & Co., today the building has been converted into residential New York-style apartments. It’s also home to several businesses, including popular eatery Pizza Pomodoro, and, together with the other buildings in the Hannah Factory complex, it is a key part of the Te Aro community.
